  1. Our team will be in communication with you through the Portal. You can view all messages and pictures sent. Messages can also be sent through the App or email. We recommend getting the App to get notifications immediately on your phone, but use the web portal from your computer to fill in customer information.

  2. Update Pets and Horse care instructions, Vet information and anything you need us to know to give your Horses and Pets the best care.

  3. You can view all of your scheduled and pending events and submit new service requests from the Client Portal. Need to make a change? Not a problem! You can submit change or cancellation requests from the Portal as well!

  4. View and make payments through our portal.
